wow! I'm a featured blogger...

Today is my lucky day - and I say that with all sincerity.  Today I am the featured Blogger of Note on the Words of Wisdom blog.  WOW is the brain child of Sandy and Pam and it's all about blogs written by women and men that contain posts that are thought provoking and/or insightful.  Their mission is for bloggers of substance to find and support each other.  

My blog isn't fancy, it doesn't contain any ads or giveaways - it's a small reflection of who I am and contains a glimpse into my head.  The small snippet of a profile blurb on the side of the page pretty much sums up who I am: I am a part-time music history prof, a full time music lover, a baseball fan, a sometimes blogger, a live show addict, a concert poster art collector, a vintage clothing aficionado, a sentimental pack-rat, a procrastinator and voracious reader.  I cover these things in my posts -- sometimes with loving reflection, sometimes with ranting annoyance and other times with struggling self-worth.  

I started blogging a few years ago and gettin' the ball rollin' is my explanation why I started just sayin'...
